Frequently Asked Questions

The following are frequently asked questions answered to the best of our ability; if your questions have not been answered please utilize the "contact" button at the bottom of the page. You will receive a response within 24 business hours. 

  • What is your cancellation policy?
    A cancellation must be communicated through telephone or e-mail 24 hours prior to your child's appointment. Upon your cancellation, you will be offered the option to reschedule your child's appointment that week. We understand emergencies happen, but habitual cancellations will result in a discontinuation of services.
  • How can I access the Halloween AAC board?
  • Do I need to be home during my child's appointment?
    Yes! A parent must be home for the entire duration of the session. You do not have to attend the session but must be in your house or on the premises for the scheduled appointment time.
  • How can I access the Thanksgiving AAC Board?
  • Do you accept my insurance?
    I am currently in-network with Cigna, Aetna, KY Medicaid, WellCare of KY, Aetna Better Health of KY, and Passport. If I am not in-network with your insurance, superbills may be requested to send to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
  • Where do I begin?
    To schedule an initial evaluation, use the "schedule an evaluation" button on the home page.
